Assignment :
The bank wished to preserve its traditional HQ comprised of 8 buildings grouped together in the Imperial area of Metz and to undertake a total refurbishment in order to house most of its staff.

Above and beyond its wish to contribute towards the enhancement of the architectural heritage of the town, it was committed to respecting the most stringent French environmental constraints :

• « Exceptional » HQE level during the design and programming phases
• BBC : energy-efficient building

Bearing this in mind, we undertook the design and fit-out of all the common parts and contributed towards the definition of the ambiance guide and the fit-out guidelines of :

• Lobbies, reception areas, atrium
• Auditorium, foyer, meeting rooms
• Scramble, restaurant and cafetéria
• Board room, multi-functional room, reception rooms
• Circulations, passageways, landings and toilets
• Bank branch
