\/>\nAsni\u00e8res<\/p>\n<p><strong>Client :<\/strong><br \/>\nKKR \/ CLEAVELAND<\/p>\n<p><strong>Assignment<\/strong><br \/>\nThe clients wished to improve and enhance the common parts of the building as well as the available office space.\u00a0\u00a0 Our role was to redesign these areas in order to be able to provide the tenants with more services.<\/p>\n<p>The space available on the ground floor, together with a large patio area, enabled us to create a 120-seat auditorium with an adjoining multi-purpose room and a pantry as well as a working caf\u00e9 in the middle of the patio with direct access to the main entrance hall.<\/p>\n<p>We also installed get-together areas in the secondary entrance halls.<\/p>\n<p>In the adjoining building, we re-designed the restaurant and reception rooms as well as planning a gym and lounge on the 1st and 2<sup>nd<\/sup> floors respectively.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location :<\/strong><br \/>\nAsni\u00e8res \u2013 North-western
