New horizons
We have recently extended our scope to the hotel industry. We were excited by a new challenge, that of developing our vision of interior design within the hospitality sector. We wanted to bring a personal touch to a world full of strict and demanding constraints, breathing life and atmosphere into it.
Customer experience
When working on an hotel project, our aim is to ensure that all constraints linked to the rationality and efficiency of the services provided are eclipsed by an overall mood and atmosphere where each customer will not only discover somewhere unique with his or her own story to tell, but also feel at home.
The first thing we do when working on a project is to lay bare the “soul” of the hotel before deciding on the overall theme. To do this, we look into every possible aspect : not only its history and environment but also its strengths, weaknesses and differentiating factors.
Mood, atmosphere, harmony of materials and colours, furniture, objects, lighting … are all visible aspects of the project. When assembled together, they make up its identity and personality, contributing towards the overall spirit of the hotel with one sole and unique objective : enhancing the “customer experience.”
Of course, we could not design these spaces without taking all the specific functions and constraints of the hotel business into account : rationality, efficiency, sustainability, use of space … while the customers are not aware of them, they make life easier for the staff, thereby contributing towards the quality of service provided by the hotel.
